We’re excited to announce that Henry Armour, Chairman Emeritus and CEO International of NACS, has joined World Data Lab as Senior Advisor (Retail).
Henry led NACS, the global association for convenience and fuel retailing, as President and CEO from 2005 to 2026, and now serves as its Chairman Emeritus and CEO International.
Before that, he spent 22 years as President and CEO of West Star Corporation, which grew to 59 convenience stores, truck stops, and quick service restaurants across the Pacific Northwest.
Many of you met Henry at our Future of Retail webinar last month. He brings two decades of work with convenience and fuel retailers in more than 50 countries to our forecasts of where consumers will spend.
